Qualifications

• Undergraduate psychology or people-based degree with strong academic record.
• Analytical ability to dissect data using SQL and Python; statistical awareness helpful.
• Exposure to talent acquisition via coursework, internship or early role.
• Professional English with clear written and spoken communication.
• Willingness to travel internationally 2–4 times a year.
