Zusammenfassung

SGS is seeking a Global Technical Manager – Sterilization to oversee sterilization processes for medical devices and lead the MDR Product Assessors-Sterilization team. This remote role reports to the Head of Delivery & Operations and requires deep regulatory knowledge across MDR, IVDR, and ISO13485.

You will develop training, maintain QMS docs, and ensure compliance across certification schemes while guiding a global team and supporting business growth with clients.

Qualifikationen

• More than 10 years in the medical device industry with sterilization experience.
• 5 years as MDR/IVDR Lead Auditor or Product Assessor – Sterilization.
• Strong knowledge of sterilization processes, QMS and regulatory requirements.

Aufgaben

• Oversee sterilization processes within medical devices across schemes (MDR, IVDR, ISO13485).
• Lead the MDR Product Assessors-Sterilization team and provide technical guidance.
• Develop and maintain sterilization training and QMS documentation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and support CE marking activities.
• Drive continuous improvement and resource management within the team.
