Job summary

An educational assessment company is seeking a qualified teacher to take on the role of GCE English Language Examiner. You will be responsible for marking candidates’ responses accurately and consistently while adhering to set standards. Ideal candidates must have a degree, teaching experience, and subject knowledge. The role includes a marking period from May to July, with training provided in May and June.

Qualifications

• One academic year's worth of teaching experience within the last 8 years, within the relevant qualification subject.
• Must be a qualified teacher.
• Qualified teacher status required.

Responsibilities

• Mark accurately and consistently to ensure overall standards are maintained.
• Submit samples to Team Leader at designated times.
• Ensure milestones for marking are adhered to.
• Complete all administration as specified.
