Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Full Stack Software Developer to join our Software Team in P&M. You will build lifecycle management software for energy projects, using C#/.NET and Angular, and collaborate with engineers, product owners and data scientists to deliver scalable applications.

You will contribute to cloud-based systems, data analytics features, and AI/ML enabled tools while adopting Agile practices and strong code quality. Flexible remote options are available within UK locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in software engineering, CS, or related technology.
• Experience with back-end development using C# and .NET.
• Front-end experience with Angular, React or Vue.
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB).
• Experience with object-oriented software and unit testing.
• Experience using Git/GitHub and cloud services.
• Experience in Agile environments and CI/CD practices.
• Strong communication and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop exceptional applications for our business.
• Write clean, scalable code using C#/TypeScript.
• Develop end-to-end applications using Angular/.NET.
• Create interfaces, specifications and architecture with attention to detail.
• Apply SDLC principles and Agile/Kanban methods to improve code and processes.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment practices.
