Job summary

Version 1 is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our technology team across multiple UK locations. You will design and deliver software solutions using Angular, TypeScript, .NET Core, and C#.

The role emphasizes collaboration, best practices, and the continual improvement of engineering standards. You will contribute to architectural decisions, mentor colleagues and participate in Agile ceremonies, CI/CD pipelines, testing and code reviews.

Qualifications

• Experience developing applications using Angular (Angular 12+) and TypeScript.
• Experience building enterprise-scale front-end applications.
• Backend development experience using .NET Core / C#.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
• Understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
• Experience with SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL.
• Experience using Git and CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
• Experience in Agile delivery environments and writing tests.
• Ability to work independently and contribute to technical delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain web applications using Angular and TypeScript.
• Build and enhance backend services and APIs using .NET Core and C#.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects and Engineering teams.
• Contribute to scalable, secure and maintainable software applications.
• Support solution design, architecture and development standards.
• Write clean, tested and reusable code following engineering standards.
• Develop unit tests and support automated testing initiatives.
• Participate in peer code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level developers.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Investigate and resolve issues across the application stack.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and stand-ups.
