Job summary

Vero Recruitment in Scotland is seeking an FP&A Manager to own management information, costings, and financial insight, partnering with leaders to influence commercial decisions. The role supports both domestic and international growth with visibility across the business.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting while driving performance improvements and financial controls in a values-led organisation.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical thinker with commercial judgement.
• Experience in FP&A, management reporting, and business partnering.
• High proficiency with financial systems and BI tools.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote/hybrid setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyse, and control management information across multiple revenue streams.
• Partner with business leaders to review P&L, margins, and insights.
• Develop and deliver monthly management reporting packs and KPI dashboards.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Ensure robust financial controls, governance and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement across reporting, systems, and processes.
• Provide financial input into projects, strategic initiatives, and potential acquisitions.
• Collaborate across sites and functions to improve efficiency and decision-making.
