StudySmarter GmbH is seeking individuals to join paid focus groups, clinical trials and market research studies. You can participate remotely from home or in-person where available, with flexible scheduling and no fixed minimum hours.

Typical pay includes £55–£120 per hour session and £250–£700 for multi-session studies. Open to part-time and full-time remote work, with no prior customer service experience required.

Qualifications

• Must have a smartphone with working camera or a desktop/laptop with webcam.
• Must have access to high-speed internet.
• Desire to participate in focus group topics and provide feedback.
• No customer service representative experience required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in paid National and Local focus groups, clinical trials, and market research assignments.
• Complete both written and oral instructions for each session.
• Provide honest feedback and use products/services as applicable before meetings.
