Qualifications

• Must have smartphone with working camera or desktop/laptop with webcam.
• Must have access to high speed internet connection.
• Desire to participate in focus group topics.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions.
• Customer service representative agent experience is not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Participate in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and market research assignments.
• Complete written surveys and discuss products or services during sessions.
• Provide honest feedback and use provided products or services when applicable.
