StudySmarter GmbH is seeking flexible Focus Group Panelists to participate in National & Local paid studies. You may work from home or in-person, earning up to £700 per week with part-time schedules.

No prior customer service experience is required; you will complete surveys and provide honest feedback on products and services. Access to a smartphone or computer and reliable internet is needed to join discussions.

Qualifications

• Must have a smartphone with working camera or desktop/laptop with webcam.
• Must have access to high-speed internet connection.
• Desire to fully participate in one or several of the topics above.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions.
• Customer service representative agent experience is not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Participate in National & Local Paid Focus Groups and provide honest feedback.
• Complete surveys and follow discussion procedures for each panel.
