No prior customer service experience is required. You only need a smartphone with a working camera or a webcam, reliable internet, and the ability to read and follow instructions.

Qualifications

• Must have either a smartphone with working camera or desktop/laptop with webcam.
• Must have access to high-speed internet connection.
• Desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions.
• Customer service representative agent experience is not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Participate in National & Local Paid Focus Groups.
• Provide written and oral feedback on products and services.
• Complete surveys for each panel and discuss topics as scheduled.
