StudySmarter GmbH is seeking individuals to participate in National & Local Paid Focus Groups, Clinical Trials, and Market Research assignments. Most studies offer remote online participation or in-person options, providing a flexible way to earn extra income from home.

Participants can receive compensation per session, with potential earnings of £55–£120 per hour and up to £700 for multi-session studies. No prior customer service experience is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a smartphone with working camera or desktop/laptop with webcam.
• Must have access to high speed internet connection.
• Desire to participate in one or several topics listed.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written and oral instructions.
• Customer service representative agent experience is not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Join paid focus group discussions and provide honest feedback.
• Complete written surveys for each panel session.
• Discuss products and services prior to meeting date.
