Brave Bison in London is seeking an ambitious editor and producer to join the marketing team, owning audio and video production for three podcasts, including on-site content at conferences and events. You’ll collaborate with designers to create social-first assets and ensure high-quality output under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Podcast Production: own production for three podcasts, manage recording sessions and delivery timelines.
• General Marketing Video Production: produce engaging video content for social channels and campaigns.
• Design and Brand Alignment: collaborate with design to ensure templates and overlays reflect brand identity.
• Event production: support on-site content capture and post-event editing.
• Performance Reporting: monitor and analyse video and podcast performance; monthly reporting.
• Internal Engagement: inspire teams with new podcast episodes and video assets.
• Social Media Presence: create platform-specific short-form content and graphics.
