QED Legal Recruitment Limited is seeking a Junior Employment Solicitor to join a specialist boutique practice. The role offers a predominantly remote work model with one day in the Maidenhead office, supportive team culture and clear paths for long‑term development.

You will assist with a varied caseload, draft and review contracts, and support contentious matters while developing expertise in employment law within a collaborative, ambitious environment.

Qualifications

• Newly qualified or junior solicitor with an interest in employment law.
• Experience in employment law, including contentious and non-contentious matters.
• Strong drafting, communication and client care skills.

Responsabilités

• Advise and assist clients on a range of employment law matters.
• Draft and review employment contracts, settlement agreements, policies and other docs.
• Support contentious matters, including tribunal proceedings where appropriate.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case documentation.
• Maintain effective client communications and provide commercial advice.
