Job summary

Hilo by Aktiia is a remote-first med-tech scale-up seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead creator partnerships across Europe. You will identify creators, negotiate deals, and shape content that builds trust and drives performance.

Fluent English required; German is a plus. You will forecast reach, measure results, and collaborate with marketing and product to align campaigns with health claims. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in influencer/creator marketing, end-to-end partnership management.
• Data-driven approach to estimating outcomes and optimizing campaigns.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience in health tech, wellness, or medical devices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and manage creators across markets.
• Develop campaign concepts with measurable outcomes.
• Forecast reach, engagement, and acquisition; guide budgets.
• Negotiate fees, deliverables, timelines, and usage rights.
• Manage partnerships end-to-end from briefing to reporting.
• Build long-term relationships with creators and brand ambassadors.
• Collaborate with paid media to amplify content.
