Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Data Engineering teams in management or technical leadership roles.
• Strong background delivering modern data platforms including SQL data warehouses and Azure Databricks.
• Experience building scalable, cloud-based data products and data platforms.
• Track record leading platform modernisation or large-scale data transformation programmes.
• Solid understanding of data engineering best practices, platform reliability, observability and operational excellence.
• Experience managing delivery, prioritisation, and quality across multiple streams.
• Ability to coach, mentor and develop high-performing engineering teams.
