Responsibilities

• Own outbound prospecting — researching, identifying, and reaching the decision-makers who need what myCandr does
• Build and manage a healthy, qualified pipeline that gives the sales team real opportunities to close
• Craft outreach that cuts through — personalised, sharp, and worth reading
• Run initial discovery conversations to qualify fit and surface genuine need
• Work directly with the founders to refine our ideal customer profile as we learn from every conversation
• Feed insights from the market back into how we position and message myCandr
