Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–4 years' experience in end-to-end product development.
• Hands-on with AI/LLMs, agents, or AI workflows.
• Proficiency in Python and AWS.
• On-site work in London or the Cotswolds; UK right to work.

Responsibilities

• Build AI agents, LLM-powered products, and AI workflows.
• Turn vague problems into production-ready solutions.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from client requirements to deployment.
• Develop solutions using Python/Django, React/TypeScript, AWS, and modern AI tools.
• Consider user experience alongside underlying technology.
• Collaborate directly with founders and CTO to influence product development.
• Engage with clients to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Discuss and debate technical approaches confidently.
