Synthires is seeking experienced Accountants and Auditors to contribute to AI training and evaluation projects. You will review financial statements, assess models, and provide feedback to improve accuracy and compliance.

Requirements include 5+ years in accounting or auditing, strong GAAP/IFRS knowledge, advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, and the ability to work independently in a fully remote setup.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional experience in accounting, financial reporting, auditing, or tax compliance.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and international financial reporting standards.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and financial analysis.
• Proven experience conducting audits and preparing audit documentation for diverse organizations.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Review and evaluate financial statements for accuracy and compliance with GAAP or IFRS.
• Develop, review, and validate financial models using advanced Excel functions.
• Assess audit procedures, internal controls, and financial documentation for accuracy.
• Analyze tax compliance documentation and evaluate alignment with regulations.
• Prepare written reports summarizing financial findings, analysis, and recommendations.
• Evaluate AI-generated financial and accounting outputs for accuracy and standards.
• Contribute realistic financial scenarios and accounting training materials for AI.
• Provide clear feedback on financial reporting, accounting practices, and audit methodologies.
• Collaborate with project teams to maintain high standards of financial accuracy and quality assurance.
