Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright LLP is seeking a Testing Analyst to support the EMEA Finance Systems Team, focusing on QA and testing for the firm's finance software (Aderant Sierra) and related practice management systems. You will plan and execute tests, assist with UAT, and drive defects to resolution while collaborating with IT, finance and third‑party providers.

The role requires strong SQL, testing tool proficiency, and knowledge of FPMS in a professional services environment.

Qualifications

Degree in computer science, software engineering or equivalent.
Professional software testing qualification preferred (CAST/CMST/CSTP).
5+ years in testing finance or professional services software.

Responsibilities

Plan, design and execute manual functional testing, SIT and regression testing for FPMS and customisations.
Support UAT with business teams and track defects.
document test plans, cases and summary reports with clear traceability.
Collaborate with IT and third-party providers to resolve issues and ensure quality across the SDLC.
Assist in translating business requirements into technical solutions and identify system enhancements.
