Alignerr in the United Kingdom is seeking finance lecturers and economists to shape how AI understands financial reasoning. This remote, hourly-contract role invites experienced educators to help AI models explain valuation, risk, and market behavior, with flexible 10–40 hours per week.

You will review questions and explanations in AI training data, provide structured feedback, and identify misconceptions. Ideal candidates have 3+ years teaching finance or economics at the postsecondary level

Qualifications

3+ years of postsecondary finance/economics teaching experience.
Strong command of corporate finance, capital markets, or financial economics.
Ability to critically evaluate written financial reasoning clearly.

Responsibilities

Review and evaluate finance-related questions, explanations, and reasoning in AI training data.
Assess the accuracy of valuation, risk analysis, and market behavior concepts.
Identify misconceptions and gaps in AI-generated financial reasoning.
Provide structured feedback to improve AI responses.
Apply teaching experience to flag common student-level errors and oversimplifications.
Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
