Job summary

Bettervits is one of the fastest-growing UK DTC supplement brands, with expanding presence in the US and ambitions to go global. The Finance Director will own the financial strategy, commercial performance, and finance operations, partnering with growth and retention teams on profitability and customer economics.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and reporting, work with founders on capital allocation, and support fundraising, M&A, and exit opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Finance Director or senior finance leader in high-growth DTC or consumer goods.
• Strong financial modelling skills around LTV/CAC, cohorts, margins and forecasting.
• Commercial mindset with understanding of paid acquisition, cash flow and working capital.
• Experience budgeting, reporting and financial operations across multiple channels or markets.
• Exposure to fundraising, private equity, M&A, or exits is a plus.
• Analytical, hands-on and able to work closely with founders.

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, financial reporting and long-term planning.
• Build models for LTV/CAC, cohorts, retention and payback to guide investments.
• Analyze profitability by channel, product and market to improve margins.
• Oversee management accounts, controls, working capital and inventory.
• Support fundraising, valuations, due diligence and transaction prep.
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.
