Job summary

KBR Estates Intelligence seeks a Field Surveying and Quality Manager to lead a national Building Condition Survey programme across England and Wales. You will manage a team of surveyors and data specialists, work with third parties, and ensure delivery against KPIs and client requirements.

The role requires field time, strong QA, and the ability to collaborate with Audit, Scheduling, BI, and other KBR departments to drive performance and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a field-based survey/inspection team in FM or construction.
• Proven ability to manage quality programs, metrics, and SLAs.
• Experience with M&E or building surveys is desirable.
• Strong client and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficient in HSE compliance and QA procedures.

Responsibilities

• Leads the establishment and development of a national surveying capability and trains field surveyors.
• Develops, implements, and embeds standards for surveying to ensure consistent delivery.
• Liaises with stakeholders to agree metrics, timescales, and process.
• Defines measurement and reporting approaches for quality and delivery.
• Manages client reporting and QA of survey data outputs.
• Supports QA procedures and structured reviews of survey findings.
