Job summary

Flex is seeking a Field Support Engineer (UK remote) to service and troubleshoot Power Management Systems (PMS) including PLC, SCADA, HMI and PME across client sites in the UK and Europe. The role requires travel and on-call PMS support to ensure rapid fault resolution and system uptime.

You will install, commission and test PMS, train customers, and maintain clear service documentation while ensuring health and safety during fieldwork and global travel as needed.

Qualifications

3 years of experience servicing and maintaining power management systems, including PLC, SCADA, PME and networks.
Bachelor's or equivalent in Electrical/Electronics engineering is required.
Proven ability to diagnose faults and troubleshoot PMS hardware/software.

Responsibilities

Develop, service, maintain and troubleshoot PMS across client sites.
Provide on-site technical support and diagnose faults.
Support installation and commissioning of PMS systems and test operation.
Deliver customer training and maintain strong client relationships.
