Position: Field Sales Engineer Power

Location: Remote (UK-based, with travel within the territory)

Overview: Develop power sector business for an innovative engineering technology company, focusing on renewable energy, security, medical, transportation, aerospace, and defense industries. Responsibilities include expanding the customer base, creating demand, and generating profitable sales within the UK region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target new customers and markets for power products.
  • Develop business leads with new and existing clients.
  • Understand and communicate the benefits of power products and related services.
  • Set and achieve sales targets and business plans in coordination with management.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings to review progress.
  • Present product benefits to customers, including specifications and logistics.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts and orders.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
  • Attend training to stay updated on products and sales techniques.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and database updates.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Engineering, Electronics, or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of power products and applications.
  • Experience with sales techniques, preferably field sales.
  • 2-3 years of experience in electronics circuit/systems design (preferred).
  • Strong numeracy and commercial skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Relationship-building ability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Professional appearance and ability to travel within the UK.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000+ Bonus
