You will like

Developing power sector business remotely for an innovative engineering technology company renowned for solving challenging problems across renewable energy, security, medical, transportation, aerospace, and defense industries.

You will be responsible for

  • Developing the UK Power product customer base and demand creation for new customer designs.
  • Generating profitable sales within a defined geographic region in the UK.
  • Proactively identifying new customers and target markets.
  • Following up and developing business leads with new and existing customers.
  • Understanding power products, their applications, and markets.
  • Collaborating with management on business plans and targets.
  • Attending meetings, presenting product benefits, and negotiating contracts.
  • Maintaining sales data, providing reports, and updating records.
  • Participating in training to stay current with product knowledge.

You will have

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Business, Engineering, or Electronics Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of Power products and their applications.
  • Experience in sales techniques, preferably field-based.
  • 2-3 years of experience in electronics circuit/system design (preferred).
  • Strong numeracy and commercial skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships internally and externally.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • A valid driving license and willingness to travel weekly.

You will get

A competitive salary of £50K-£60K plus bonus and benefits, including pension, life assurance, income protection, laptop, mobile, and company car.
