Job summary

Huntr is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to win corporate clothing and managed workwear contracts. This home-based field role covers the Midlands, M62 corridor, South East or South West, with a focus on your local area.

You will own your sales strategy, build a strong pipeline, and manage end-to-end sourcing—from embroidery and printing to stock and reorders. A company car is provided and earnings include a £40k–£50k DOE bonus on contracts won.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of winning new business in corporate clothing or workwear.
• Experience selling to end-user businesses from procurement to wearer.
• Comfort managing a large field patch and diary.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Own your sales strategy and pipeline.
• Focus on sectors you know, from hospitality to logistics.
• Grow the contracts division with in-house support.
• Collaborate with Head of Sales and oversee end-to-end order fulfilment.
