Job summary

Davies is recruiting a Field Based Loss Adjuster in London and the South East. You will manage a portfolio of Domestic and Commercial property loss claims, operating in a collaborative remote team while delivering exceptional service and professional growth opportunities.

You will ensure accurate documentation, timely invoicing, and proactive file management, with opportunities to develop professionally within Davies Group.

Qualifications

• High level of Property Loss Adjuster experience.
• Diploma level professional qualification or working towards one.
• Accuracy and analytical approach.

Responsibilities

• Work to achieve agreed activity levels and reduce WIP.
• Process invoices and approve estimates within 5 working days.
• Issue interim fees during the claim life cycle as advised.
• Complete site notes templates and documentation within SLA.
• Maintain data accuracy in Cq and update management information.
• Proactively manage files to reduce elapsed timescales.
• Identify potential fraud and refer within SLA.
• Ensure correct policy interpretation and validation.
• Prepare and check reports for clients per SLA.
