Job summary

NCFE is seeking Examiners to join our Assessment Delivery team on a flexible remote contract for the T Level Technical Qualification in Education and Early Years. As an Examiner, you’ll mark external assessments, submit results during the summer 2027 marking window, and help ensure fair, consistent and accurate outcomes for learners.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work consistently within tight deadlines
• Understanding of quality assurance and assessment processes
• Current or recent teaching experience at Level 3 or above in education and early years or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Mark external assessments and submit results during the marking window
• Follow the mark scheme and maintain confidentiality of materials
• Attend examiner standardisation meetings and other sessions as required
• Report suspected malpractice or safeguarding concerns
