Job summary

A public sector organisation is looking for an Evidence & Knowledge Research Assistant based in Stirling. This role, which is home-based with some required travel, involves working on evidence projects and supporting the Head of Research. Qualifications

• Degree qualified or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• Demonstrable experience of excellent interdisciplinary collegiate and collaborative working.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills which meet the needs of different audiences.
• Proven track record of delivery against objectives, strategy, and plans.
• Demonstrable success in building trust and forging effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of evidence excellence standards and other relevant policies.
• Experience of research including analysing and interpreting quantitative and qualitative data.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Work within the Research & Evaluation Team on evidence and knowledge projects.
• Support the Head of Research and Evaluation to develop evidence programmes.
• Collaborate with colleagues on transformation projects.
