Live Recruitment is seeking an Event Crew Manager for a 9-12 month contract. The role centers on owning the crew lifecycle for live experiential campaigns, coordinating briefs, bookings, and training, and supporting the broader experiential team with client and business tasks.

You will be highly organized, IT literate, hold a valid driving licence, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift. This position is largely home-based with one in-office day per week.

Qualifications

• Solid administrative background and experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in event or crew coordination, scheduling or training is beneficial.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Briefing crew ahead of event activity.
• Booking and scheduling crew for event slots and tours.
• Supporting team with crew training and development.
• Calculating crew remuneration and issuing purchase orders.
• Constructing on-call rotas and providing cover, including occasional weekends.
• Writing and sending client feedback reports.
• Contributing to client and partner agency meetings.
• Supporting new business research and agency brainstorms.
