• Must have 3+ years experience in Supply Chain processes and systems.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to share knowledge effectively.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first level technical support for planners and cross-functional teams.
• Be the super user for transition to new ERP system in warehouses across the business.
• Collaborate with End to End team to maximize service level while aligning with cash & cost targets.
• Train users on standard business processes and system functionality.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in Maestro/SAP environments.
