Job summary

Archer Recruitment is seeking a Lead Security Architect to shape security strategy across an enterprise-scale transformation, with hands-on architecture in cloud, identity, network, data and platform domains. You will mold architecture standards and drive secure-by-design practices in collaboration with engineering and infrastructure teams.

You will influence senior stakeholders and provide expert guidance across multiple domains, with strong emphasis on AWS security and enterprise references.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Security Architect within large enterprise environments.
• Strong cloud security expertise, particularly in AWS.
• Experience with threat modelling and Secure-by-Design principles.
• Knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST and ISO27001.

Responsibilities

• Lead security architecture across enterprise-wide transformation programmes.
• Define and maintain security standards, reference architectures and design principles.
• Conduct threat modelling, risk assessments and security design reviews.
• Drive Secure-by-Design practices across cloud and application delivery teams.
• Partner with engineering, infrastructure and architecture teams to embed security from inception through delivery.
• Provide architectural guidance across cloud, identity, network, data and platform security domains.
• Support security tooling strategy, vendor evaluations and technology roadmaps.
• Influence senior stakeholders and provide expert security guidance across the organisation.
