Job summary

Kooth Digital Health is seeking an Engagement Lead to drive awareness and uptake of Soluna by Kooth and Qwell where applicable. The role focuses on digital and virtual-first community engagement across contracted areas, collaborating with local, regional, and national stakeholders.

You will build scalable engagement pathways via live sessions, webinars, and self-serve toolkits for youth and professionals, elevating outreach quality and best practices within the team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in delivering virtual sessions, webinars, or online training to diverse audiences.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for schools, educators, and professionals.
• Experience using a CRM system to track engagement and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver virtual assemblies and webinars for CYP and educators.
• Coordinate in-person outreach at key events when feasible.
• Promote Soluna and Qwell to professionals and referrers.
• Upskill educators and staff through concise virtual sessions.
• Source and build relationships with regional partners and commissioners.
