Job summary

Kooth invites applications for the Engagement Lead role to drive awareness, uptake, and ongoing use of Soluna by Kooth for CYP and Qwell for adults where applicable. The post combines face-to-face community work with virtual delivery, anchored in strong regional partnerships and multi-agency networks.

You will run assemblies, staff training, webinars, and stakeholder meetings to build referral pathways and sustainable engagement, contributing to service visibility and impact across contracted

Qualifications

• Experience delivering assemblies and workshops to children and young people.
• Ability to design flexible delivery using in-person and virtual formats.
• Knowledge of UK education pathways and youth engagement.
• Strong organisational and time management with ability to balance field and admin work.
• Excellent communication with educators, healthcare professionals and families.
• Experience using CRM systems to log activity and report outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Direct CYP outreach in-person and virtually, including assemblies and workshops.
• Upskill educators and staff to enable signposting and embedding services.
• Build referral pathways with GP surgeries, CAMHS, and community partners.
• Host information sessions for parents and carers; represent Kooth regionally.
• Co-ordinate webinars, events and regional engagement aligned with commissioner KPIs.
