Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking an experienced EMR/EHR Implementation Specialist to support healthcare organizations by configuring, deploying, and optimizing EMR systems like Epic and Cerner. This role is remote and paid hourly.

You will tailor system configurations to real-world workflows, ensure compliance and user-friendliness, and collaborate with healthcare teams to drive adoption. This is a flexible 10–40 hours/week contract.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing or optimizing EMR/EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms).
• Strong understanding of clinical and administrative healthcare workflows.
• Ability to translate operational needs into effective system configurations.

Responsibilities

• Lead rollout, configuration, and customization of EMR/EHR platforms such as Epic and Cerner to match organizational workflows.
• Analyze clinical and administrative processes to ensure systems support efficient, compliant, and user-friendly operations.
• Troubleshoot system issues, implement enhancements, and support adoption across healthcare teams.
