Job summary

Royal London is seeking an Employee Engagement Consultant to help build awareness of workplace pensions and member support. You will develop and deliver campaigns, educate members on financial wellbeing, and present at employer events to promote the Royal London proposition.

Working remotely with travel to employer meetings as required, you will partner with Distribution and other groups to deepen relationships and ensure compliant, high-quality communications across all channels.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of workplace pensions and wider employee benefits.
• Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Experience presenting to large audiences, face to face and virtual.
• Ability to manage own resources and plan events for external stakeholders.
• Adherence to compliance / regulatory framework.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Certificate in Financial Planning or Level 4 qualification (or in progress).
• Driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage, plan, develop and deliver workplace pensions member engagement campaigns.
• Provide financial education and wellbeing services awareness to members onsite and via virtual channels.
• Answer members' provider questions and support their retirement journeys.
• Collaborate with Distribution and other Group functions to deliver campaigns and deepen customer relationships.
• Identify and deploy internal specialists to support campaigns and ensure successful delivery.
