Job summary

Seequent in Reading is seeking a Technical Support Team Lead to manage the EMEA Global Technical Support Team. You will ensure exceptional customer service while leading the team through daily operations, mentoring team members, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in a technical role with early leadership exposure.
• 5 years in a Technical Support role is an asset.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in the exploration or mining industry is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the EMEA Global Technical Support Team ensuring exceptional service.
• Act as a liaison between support and other departments.
• Provide hands-on technical support for complex cases.
