Job summary

Alignerr is seeking an Electrical Engineering Expert to help train and improve AI models. This fully remote, flexible contract role lets you apply deep EE knowledge to challenge circuits, controls, and signal processing in AI contexts.

You'll design advanced problems, author gold-standard solutions, and audit AI outputs, contributing independently on your own schedule. Prior AI experience isn't required, making it an accessible opportunity for researchers and practitioners alike.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or holding a Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or closely related field.
• Strong foundational knowledge in EE domains: VLSI, control systems, telecommunications, power electronics, or signal processing.
• Able to communicate complex technical concepts clearly in writing.
• High attention to detail when working with mathematical equations, circuit logic, and technical documentation.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently in a remote environment.
• No prior AI experience required.

Responsibilities

• Design challenging problems across domains like circuit analysis, power systems, signal processing, electromagnetics, and embedded systems.
• Author gold-standard solutions with precise, step-by-step technical detail.
• Audit AI outputs—review AI-generated code, circuit diagrams, and proofs for accuracy and safety.
• Sharpen AI reasoning by identifying logical flaws and giving structured feedback.
• Work independently on your own schedule and contribute asynchronously.
