Adecco Group UK & Ireland is seeking an Education Case Officer for a fully remote 3-month contract. You will manage Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), ensuring compliance with statutory timescales and delivering person-centred support for children and families.

You will liaise with parents, schools and professionals, prepare EHCPs, attend reviews, and help coordinate multi-agency involvement. The role requires strong communication, organisational skills and experience working within SEND

Qualifications

• Experience managing EHCPs within statutory timescales.
• Strong knowledge of SEND legislation and relevant acts.
• Ability to work remotely and manage competing priorities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Act as the named point of contact for parents, carers, and professionals throughout the EHCP process.
• Prepare and maintain EHCPs in draft and final form, meeting deadlines.
• Manage a caseload of SEND cases and secure appropriate placements.
• Attend meetings, reviews and case conferences to support outcomes.
• Collaborate with schools, health, and social care for a coordinated approach.
• Maintain records and produce reports on internal systems.
