Job summary

Consilio LLC is seeking an experienced eDiscovery Solutions Architect to drive the Digital Enterprise Platform (Aurora) and related systems. You will own data workflows, work with IG, Operations, PM and Analytics teams, and deliver scalable implementation plans for client-specific processes.

The role requires deep eDiscovery expertise, knowledge of M365/Google data challenges, and the ability to present complex technology to diverse audiences. Remote-friendly with collaboration across regions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in eDiscovery, including data processing, deduplication, culling and review platform support.
• Knowledge of AI and analytics technologies.
• Proactive with strong problem-solving skills and ownership of cross-departmental workflows.
• Relevant professional certifications for platforms such as Relativity, Reveal, Exterro and/or CEDS.

Responsibilities

• Become a subject matter expert on Consilio's Digital Enterprise Platform, including features, integrations and data management.
• Gain deep knowledge of enterprise data platforms such as M365 and Google and their data challenges.
• Design documented workflows around data promotion, management and transformation.
• Explore and gain expertise on key features and modules within supported platforms including Review Platforms.
• Troubleshoot and solve high-complexity projects, mitigate bottlenecks and product limitations.
• Provide roadmap feedback and define client-specific implementation plans.
