Job summary

NSPCC is seeking a Direct Fundraising Fundraiser to support and optimise face-to-face campaigns across the UK. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaigns are effective, compliant, and aligned with NSPCC objectives.

You’ll monitor performance, analyse income and expenditure, and prepare reports to inform decision making. The role supports a hybrid working pattern with some travel in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting the delivery of fundraising, marketing or supporter engagement campaigns.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to present complex information clearly.
• Ability to analyse and interpret data, identify opportunities and present insights to support decision making.
• Experience working with budgets, financial information and performance reporting.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day delivery and optimisation of face-to-face fundraising campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and key performance indicators, identifying opportunities to improve results and supporter experience.
• Produce accurate reports and analysis to support campaign evaluation and decision making.
• Coordinate compliance monitoring activities including mystery shopping, call listening and QA reviews.
• Work with external agencies to ensure activity complies with fundraising regulations and NSPCC policies.
• Support campaign setup and delivery across Engagement and Fundraising, Compliance, Finance and other teams.
• Manage financial administration including PO raising, invoicing and expenditure monitoring.
• Build relationships with agency partners and internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered successfully.
• Maintain awareness of fundraising regulation and best practice across the UK.
