Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks an experienced IT project lead to manage UNICORN/IT/automation initiatives end-to-end, from concept to implementation, collaborating with engineering, IT, operations and sales. You will drive project plans, budgets and resource allocations, ensure compliance with standards, mentor team members, and report progress to stakeholders.

The role supports remote work within the designated zone and requires travel across Europe.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
Experience with MS SQL installation, SQL management Studio, and database creation.
Familiarity with OPC and DeltaV integration of Cytiva equipment.
Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to manage budgets, risks and timelines.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end lifecycle of UNICORN/IT/automation projects from concept through implementation.
Collaborate with SDMs and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and integrate into processes.
Oversee deployment of IT technologies, ensuring compliance with standards and best practices.
Monitor progress, address challenges, and report status to stakeholders at all levels.
Train and mentor team members in the digital portfolio and continuous improvement culture.
