Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of digital marketing experience with online campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
• Proficient with Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media tools, and email platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with copywriting ability.
• Independent worker; able to manage multiple remote projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to boost online presence, engagement, and donations.
• Manage and grow social channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) with engaging content.
• Plan and run SEO and SEM campaigns to improve site visibility and traffic.
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and donor communications.
• Produce and optimize website content aligned with brand messaging.
• Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with communications and fundraising teams for cohesive campaigns.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and test new channels.
