Job summary

411 Communications Ltd in London is seeking a Digital Content Producer to lead the creation and delivery of platform-first content that communicates political messages to key audiences. From ideation to distribution, you will produce innovative digital content across social media, with emphasis on vertical video and graphics.

You will collaborate with clients and stakeholders, shaping campaign strategy as well as content production, and you may work some out-of-hours as campaign activity

Qualifications

• Experience editing and publishing on TikTok, Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts.
• Proven ability to create platform-first, video-centred content that drives growth.
• Experience producing content independently or contributing to campaign delivery.
• Experience using editing tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva or Descript.
• Experience in political, union, or NGO space is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan and produce platform-first social media content, including vertical video and graphics.
• Work directly with clients and campaign stakeholders to understand objectives and translate them into content.
• Develop creative concepts and content ideas that support messaging and drive engagement.
• Create content tailored for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook and long-form video.
• Take ownership of content production from concept to delivery and distribution.
• Support the distribution of content across organic and paid channels.
• Monitor and report on social media performance and use insights to improve content.
• Stay up to date with digital trends and platform developments.
• Collaborate with campaign teams to align with broader strategy.
• Undertake other reasonable tasks as requested; some out-of-hours work may be required.
