Job summary

Elite Escapes is seeking a Remote Destination Wedding Travel Planner. You will design customized travel plans for destination weddings, coordinating flights, hotels, group arrangements, and activities. You’ll guide couples from vision to confirmed bookings, delivering seamless travel experiences for their wedding guests.

Work remotely with flexible part-time or full-time options. Training is provided, and you’ll engage in pre-departure and on-trip support to ensure perfect celebrations.

• Design destination-wedding travel plans (flights, stays, transfers, excursions) for couples and guests.
• Understand wedding vision, budget, destination needs, and present tailored options for booking.
• Coordinate travel details for wedding groups, including payment timelines and options.
• Handle questions and changes professionally (payments, upgrades, dates, transfers).
• Add romance-focused details: excursions, honeymoons, wow moments for couple and guests.
• Support clients from initial consultation through travel and post-wedding follow-up.
