Job summary

Manpower Group (UK) is seeking a Delivery Manager to oversee project delivery in a complex, regulated environment. This role involves leading multi-disciplinary teams to ensure successful delivery of projects, maintaining clear plans, and facilitating Agile ceremonies. We're looking for candidates with strong skills in project delivery, stakeholder management, and knowledge of Agile methodologies. This remote position requires occasional travel to London or Bradford.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering projects or workstreams in complex environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery approaches.
• Solid knowledge of planning, scheduling and RAID management.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of assigned projects/workstreams, maintaining clear plans.
• Apply consistent PMO standards for controlled and aligned delivery.
• Manage RAID, dependencies and progress reporting with accuracy.
