RLDatix is seeking a Data Migration Project Manager to oversee healthcare data migration engagements, guiding scope, timelines, risks, stakeholder communications, and delivery readiness for exceptional client outcomes.

This role can be remote or office-based in the United States, with occasional travel. It requires 3+ years of healthcare technology project management experience and a passion for improving patient care through effective data management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management within healthcare technology or related field.
• Proven success in managing complex client-facing projects with multiple stakeholders and critical delivery milestones.
• In-depth knowledge of project planning, scope management, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and project delivery methodologies.
• Ability to work remotely within the United States or from RLDatix offices (Burlington VT, Boston MA, Chicago IL) with occasional travel and weekend go-live support.

Responsibilities

• Managing healthcare data migration projects to ensure successful delivery within approved scope, timelines, and Statements of Work.
• Coordinating cross-functional teams and project activities to maintain alignment on priorities and readiness.
• Leading client communications, project meetings, and status reporting to drive stakeholder engagement.
• Monitoring project risks, scope changes, decisions, and validation readiness to proactively identify issues.
• Developing project plans, documentation, and process improvements to promote delivery consistency and client satisfaction.
