Job summary

A data migration consultancy is seeking a Senior Data Migration Lead to oversee technical aspects of data handling. Candidates should possess strong SQL skills and leadership experience in data migration projects. The role involves working closely with clients and ensuring data quality. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of project data scope and manage the Data Migration plan.
• Oversee extraction processes and engage clients on data issues.
• Conduct mapping sessions to determine data transformation.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server (2017 and later)

Strong skills in relational database DDL and DML

Advanced T-SQL programming and performance tuning

Exceptional communication and client-facing skills

Analytical mindset with attention to detail

Experience with at least three data migration projects

Tools

MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)

SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)
