Job summary

develop is seeking an experienced Data Delivery Lead / Programme Manager for a remote contract role within an international transformation programme. The role coordinates multiple data and technology workstreams and oversees the full delivery lifecycle from requirements through deployment, including SAP ERP integration and data migration.

Ideal candidates will have SAP programme leadership experience, strong stakeholder management and excellent communication.

Qualifications

SAP experience at Programme Manager / Delivery Lead level.
Strong programme coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working across multiple teams and workstreams.
Experience in a complex, global programme environment.
CPG industry experience.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate multiple data and technology workstreams
Own the overall programme delivery plan and dependencies
Oversee data migration activities
Manage SAP ERP integration, particularly around product master data
Manage stakeholders across business and technical teams
Ensure teams remain aligned against programme objectives, timelines and deliverables
Support delivery through testing and go-live
Transition into the EU phase and support the programme through its full lifecycle
