Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data center operations, with a strong focus on independent or freelance projects.
• Valid certifications like Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Juniper JNCIA/JNCIS, or CompTIA Linux+ are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain servers and networking equipment.
• Monitor data center operations and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot network devices for secure operations.
• Document installations, repairs, and maintenance for team transparency.
• Implement and maintain security protocols for data protection.
• Collaborate with remote IT teams on operational projects.

Skills

Extensive hands-on experience with Cisco and Juniper networking devices

Strong proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Windows and Linux-based systems

Solid understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, VLANs)

Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V

Education
